We’re limiting this special event to just 15 families, so be sure to grab your spot early!
Follow these two easy steps to join the Big Hats in the Bluegrass event:
✅ Step 1: Choose Your Stay
Select how you’d like to camp during the event:
Full Hookups: Includes 50-amp electric, water, and sewer
Dry Camping: No hookups, but full access to on-site amenities
Follow the booking instructions under your choice found below in the next section to reserve your site.

After booking, please complete our short registration form HERE. It helps us plan activities, meals, and make sure your experience is personalized and smooth.
🚨 Waitlist Information
If registration fills up and we reach our 15-family limit, we will create a waitlist.

$42 per night (electric additional) + $225 Event Ticket

Dry Camping
$435 (Event Ticket Included)
Dry camping is a simple and budget-friendly way to join the gathering!

Please note: The event cost is already included in the dry camping price — there is no separate event fee.
*Water will be available, dripping the gray tank is allowed, black tank dump available for $10.
*Generator Hours are 8am - 10pm.

Cancellation Policy for the Big Hats in the Bluegrass Event
Event Purchase and Dry Camping + Event Purchase:
A full refund will be given for cancellations made on or before March 26, 2026.
No refunds will be issued after March 26, 2026.
Full Hookup Camping Reservations:
Our standard cancellation policy applies to full hookup camping reservations associated with the event.
More than 30 days prior to check-in:
Guests who cancel will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. The remaining amount will be refunded.
15-30 days prior to check-in:
Guests who cancel will receive a 50% refund.
14 days or less prior to check-in:
Guests who cancel will not be eligible for a refund.
